Purchase of Products from CHD – CLOTHING STORE

Criteria for placing orders:

You can only buy products:

That are available for sale and whose details appear on CHD – CLOTHING STORE; with delivery in Colombia; and intended for personal use, either your own or for the recipients for whom you are purchasing the products. ADVSRY LEGAL NAME reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion (for example, when it believes that the order in question is intended to be resold through means other than the distribution channels authorized by ADVSRY LEGAL NAME).

The details of the products available for purchase (including their corresponding price) are specified on the virtual shelves of ADVSRY BRAND online. ADVSRY LEGAL NAME will take all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of the products appearing on ADVSRY BRAND ONLINE are correct when the information is included on ADVSRY BRAND ONLINE. While we will try our best to keep the ADVSRY BRAND store as up-to-date as possible, the information specified at a given moment may not always reflect the exact situation when you place an order.

Placing Purchase Orders for Products and Conclusion of the Sales Contract:

Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, these products will be added to the shopping basket.

At the end of the checkout process, click the “BUY” button to access the order summary page where you can identify and correct any information errors.

At the end of the order summary page, click the “submit order” button for us to receive a binding order.

Once you have clicked the “submit order” button, you must make the payment for the purchase by your preferred means of payment provided by ADVSRY LEGAL NAME, and then we will receive a summary of your order. If your payment is not reported, your order will not be processed.

ADVSRY LEGAL NAME will send you an email confirming the receipt of your product order, which does not constitute an automatic acceptance by us of your order.

ADVSRY LEGAL NAME will send you a second email accepting your product order and confirming that the products you have requested will be sent to you (“Shipping Confirmation”).

You and ADVSRY LEGAL NAME will have entered into a sales contract for the products you requested once we have sent the Shipping Confirmation email, and in any case, when you receive the mentioned products.

The sales contract may be executed in the Spanish language.

The text of the sales contract will be included in the Shipping Confirmation email and will be stored by ADVSRY LEGAL NAME, although it will not be accessible to the customer after the conclusion of the contract.
