Return and Cancellation of Orders


Changing your mind won’t cost you a thing!

You can change your mind and cancel your order within 24 hours after you placed it. If you decide to cancel the order, we will refund everything you have paid, including:

  1. The total purchase amount

The only condition for returning your order is that the products have not arrived in perfect condition. If you do not return the products, we may charge you the price of the products or the collection procedure.

After 14 days, you can return your products if they arrive damaged, defective, or are not the products you ordered. Below is all the information:


If the ordered products are damaged, defective, or do not match your order, we will refund the amount of your original order, and you can exchange the products.

I. Exchange:

We will deliver the correct product at no cost if you want to exchange damaged or defective products, or if you received an incorrect order. However, you must return the products you received in perfect condition along with the delivery documentation of your order.

II. Return:

If you decide to return damaged or defective products, or if you received an incorrect order, we will refund everything you have paid, including:

To do this, we need you to return the products in perfect condition and the delivery documentation of your order. If you do not return the products, we may charge you the price of the products.


You can return your products, along with the delivery documentation, by sending them by mail through the shipping company indicated on the customer service hotline. Please note that this documentation is necessary to benefit from free return. Keep in mind that shipping companies may accept the return, but they will not make exchanges for other products purchased through the website; instead, your refund will be processed through our Customer Service.

The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account you registered in our system.

The estimated time for your refund is 3 to 5 business days (please note that depending on your bank, this period may be longer) from the date we receive the products you have returned.

You just have to contact Customer Service to get all the information. This way, we will know that the order you leave is from RAZON SOCIAL.

It may take up to 7 days for us to receive your shipment. Returned items will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt. Make sure to package the products correctly; if they arrive damaged (as a result of the return shipment), we may not be able to process your return. We will always provide you with the option to use a transportation company that offers shipment tracking and insurance to ensure that the products reach us correctly. Remember that we will refund the cost of these procedures when we process your return.


Your refund will be made by bank transfer to your previously registered account. The estimated time for your refund is 14 days.

Please refer to the note on your right of withdrawal in the “Right of Withdrawal” section. The following return and cancellation policies do not affect your legal rights.

ADVSRY RAZON SOCIAL will take all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products displayed on ADVSRY MARCA ONLINE are correct when the information is included in ADVSRY MARCA ONLINE. Although we will make every effort to keep the ADVSRY MARCA store as up-to-date as possible, the information specified at any given time may not always reflect the exact situation when you place an order.

Placing Orders to Purchase Products and Conclusion of the Sales Contract:

Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, these products will be added to the shopping cart.

At the end of the checkout process, click the “BUY” button to access the order summary page where you can identify and correct any information errors.

At the end of the order summary page, click the “submit order” button for us to receive a binding order. Once you have clicked the “submit order” button, you must make the payment for the purchase by your preferred means among those offered by ADVSRY RAZON SOCIAL, and then we will receive a summary of your order. If your payment is not reported, your order will not be processed.

ADVSRY RAZON SOCIAL will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of your product order, which does not constitute an automatic acceptance on our part of your order.

ADVSRY RAZON SOCIAL will send you a second e-mail accepting your product order and confirming that the products you requested will be sent to you (“Shipping Confirmation”).

You and ADVSRY RAZON SOCIAL will have entered into a sales contract for the products you requested once we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation email and in any case, however, when you receive the mentioned products.

The sales contract may be concluded in Spanish.

The text of the sales contract will be included in the Shipping Confirmation email and will be stored by ADVSRY RAZON SOCIAL, although it will not be accessible to the Customer after the conclusion of the contract.
